II Bent comprises 34 apartments over three levels with two levels of basement carparks. Its architectural distinction epitomises sophisticated urban living. In creating the facade’s fluted panels, Hayball Architects made a bold design statement to break up the stepped exterior.  Developed and project managed by Capo, these boutique residential apartments provided a strong investment return for our client.
