Prince Edward is a collection of 19 bespoke apartments over three levels and two basement carparks. Designed by the award-winning team at Hayball Architects and set on a leafy avenue in a coveted and serene pocket of McKinnon, Prince Edward offers gracious indoor and outdoor living that meets the fastidious demands of the client.  Completed in December 2018 and completely sold prior, Capo provided full end to end project and development management services for the project.
